Let's Play Hockey
The Minnesota Wild start each game by having a guest shout to the crowd, 'Let's Play Hockey!!'. Usually it's a celebrity of hockey, the community, Hollywood, or whoever needs to promote something. Today it was Paul Anderson's turn, and if he looks familiar, he is apparently considered the Wild's #1 fan. He does get on the big screen, in stadium and your television, during the games when the crowd needs to get loud.

Street Side Patios
One of the best things that has come out of the COVID-19 pandemic was the extra outdoor seating from places that never intended to have outdoor seating. In this downtown block in Hastings, there are four business that have constructed patios out in the street. Genius!

3rd Act Brewery Fermenting Vats
Love how the hanging lights reflect off of the fermenting vats at 3rd Act Brewery in Woodbury. If you pay them a visit, I highly recommend their Blueberry Cream Ale.

Like A Tall Tree
We have been a bit under our normal weather temperatures this spring, but this day was the turn of the good weather. Just waiting on the leaves to fill in now and we will be in full bloom.

The Vermillion Falls are a full on go right now with all of our rain! A much needed sight from 2021's drought in Minnesota.

Pink Sky In Morning
I don't normally stop to take sunrise photos in the morning since I'm on my way into work and don't want any delays, but I couldn't pass this one up. It was one hell of a purple sunrise!

Agave Plants In Minnesota
Now that we are in the month of May, I am hoping to get these two Agave plants into my garden. I bought them at then end of March, but our cooler temps and rainy days just haven't allowed for me to replant them. Where I live in Minnesota, it is Zone 4 for gardening. These are rated to last through the harsh winter, but I'll need to cover them with a frost cloth.
I purchased four cactus plants altogether from Cold Hardy Cactus. They arrived safely in the mail in small planters pots. I replanted them into these clay pots after realizing getting them outdoors was going to be a while.
