I will have to revisit this location as it caught me off guard. I really have no idea what this is or when it arrived in downtown St Paul, but it's very large and highly unusual. I wish I had more info on it, but it will have a better write up the next time I post a photo of this.

king tut exhibit is in town.
Unexpected is a good word! Especially when coupled with the cow in the background. Very curious.
