The first day of each month, many of the city photo bloggers participate in a theme photo. December's theme is circles or spheres. I found wanted to incorporate Christmas into my theme day photo and found the largest Christmas ornaments I could find in the Twin Cities. These can be found hanging at the Mall Of America in Bloomington.

ReplyDeleteGreat photo. from the portal i thought you had done something with a spiders web (i thought about that one too) but this looks really neat.
ReplyDeleteIn addition to the spheres, the ceiling is wonderful and the color of the photo is very striking.
ReplyDeleteLove the ever increasing circles(well almost circles!) of the ceiling together with those massive decorations.
ReplyDeleteSuch a festive photo!
ReplyDeleteThat's so pretty
ReplyDeleteGol, these are so huge. Everytime I see them I wonder how heavy they actually are. I want to be around the day they take them down, but I bet they do it overnite.
ReplyDeleteWe should try to get in tight with someone who works the mall, let us in behind the scenes! I saw a show on Discovery channel once that showed there's a whole hallway system behind the stores for deliveries and such. It occured to me: Yah! You never see a delivery rolling through the mall...
