It's officially winter here in the Twin Cities. About 6-10 inches of snow fell around here today marking the largest snowfall this early in December since 1991, during our famous Halloween storm. Those of us who were here remember the 30 inches of snow that fell and the havoc it caused for days.

Wow. I saw on radar that you were getting snow but 10 inches that seems like a lot. Fortunately, we are getting rain as that same storm moved this way yesterday and it is still over us this morning but in the form of rain.
Your snow photograph is very nice.
I wanted to describe the White Porcelain Duck I photographed this morning. I did put a picture of it on my Birds Blog as it is a new species I think.
This shot looks like my bedroom window. Brrr! But the unsullied snow still looks beautiful at this early morning hour. Guess I'd better wander out to see what I can see and photograph!
Now, that is A PHOTO!!!
You need to submit that photo to a photography competition or a gallery somewhere.
It's snowing outside now but just wet snow.
:) How wonderful! Unless you have to shovel some of that snow, it seems that you are in for a couple of restful days. Gorgeous ice flowers.
