This anchor can be found at Harriot Island in St Paul. The plaque at the bottom right corner reads:

Amazing to see such a large anchor. To think they used to use large stones with a hole in the center tied to a rope.
Hmm... guess what. Just today I photographed the bell that is from the USS St. Paul. If it was decommissioned in 1971, I believe it fired the last salvo in the Korean War, not Viet Nam. And I do believe that is what I recall reading on the info with the bell (in the Ramsey County Courthouse.)I hadn't decided whether or not to post a picture of the bell, but maybe now I will.
You are correct, I was flipping back and forth between the photo I had of the plaque and what I was typing. I indeed mistyped the plaque wording.
I'd be interested in seeing the bell photo as well.
