This is the top portion of a building along the Mississippi River that was attached to a few silos at one time. I really like the look of the building with the decay, spray paint and all of the other impurities that is presented.
Decaying buildings and brownfields are sometimes very attractive in a way. Dusty but full of life that seems to be fixed until demolition or rehabilitation (like in many cities in europe where industrial heritage is in the mind of some municipalities - to make culutral centres- or private owners).

I agree, neat photo with colors, texture and such. It reminds me of the buildings the fire fighters use for a mock drill.
This building does look a lot like the one I posted. I think they make great photo subjects.
